Bright yellow colour with green hues. Complex aromas. The aromas of ripe fruit (melon, peach, quince) coexist harmoniously with the sweet (vanilla) and spicy traits (basil) given from the aging in the barrel. Rich and fatty mouthfeel, with a cool acidity and a long-lasting aftertaste, apt to aging.
